Loss

Woohoo,

The week before last saw me gain the 1.4 kilo I lost. Then this week it all fell off plus 0.5kilo. Considering i ate doughnuts and cake, i think it's pretty good going huh?!

Of course, I don't eat like this all the time all though I used to. It does your body good to take in some high calorie food everynow and then as it speeds the metabolism. I do mean every now and then though not one week on one week off. LOL!

I feel as if I almost know you , since I am a friend of your aunt Michelle, and I also read her blog. I live in Florida, US and only know your aunt thru email, but we have a lot in common (Capricorns, and all).

Anyway, it's cool to see you are posting now, and who hasn't struggled with weight loss from time to time? I was in the best shape of my life right before I got pregnant with my son. I was 32 when I had him, and now 2 years later i am still fighting the weight I put on.

My main problem is that I don't make time to exercise. I have an elliptical that sits in the corner and gathers dust. I intend to get back to using it...some day!
